Malley's Chocolates — Local services in Highland Heights

Malley's is great, but I've had multiple poor experiences at this location. The most recent was that I went to check out and the order rang up full price despite my selecting the items specifically because they were on sale. When I questioned it and pointed out the sale sign they said that sale had ended and they forgot to take down the sign. There were no dates on the sign itself and Malley's stores really are not so large that it should be difficult to keep their sale signs current. I'll continue to go to the Valley View, Macedonia, and Brook Park locations but avoid...

We love Malley's chocolates and they have been a staple for my family for many years but we had an awful experience with Michelle today. She was rude to us and other customers in the store, she had a unpleasant demeanor. We were browsing the chocolate case and she just very rudely told us to get in line when we did not even make a selection and we had no other items to purchase yet. Great little store to get some of Cleveland's famous chocolate. It is very convenient to have a place like it on this side of town.
