Most Of the time the employees are respectful and nice helps u find things. Especially the guy that's there,but this M.Jordan was really rude I came in she asked for my bag while I was getting in line to do a return and i asked I still have to give my bag just to wait in line to do a return.She replied yes you do nasty I understand that people steal alot especially in the area,but it's how you talk to your customers.I asked one lady while she was doing my refund who was the manager. I have been shopping at the highland park location since 2016,suites my needs for casual attire and footwear when they have my size (which isn't often)but over time the quality of their customer has decreased substantially, I never know what time they're going to open each business day, I live in SW Detroit now since 2019 and when in Highland park (mornings)and it would be nice if they would open on time that's posted on the door and website,employees should focus more on their work than talking on...

Not a bad place to shop. The store was clean and organized, the guests/shoppers were loud and ghetto fer Cher, but uh overall amazing deals. Think Burlington’s but a less inventory and a lot cheaper prices, outta season, may be over the expiration date, but all their products still hit and are workable and worth it.
