Walked up to the door noticed a piece of paper/sign that said "cash only".. Walk into the store, lady said "Our machine's are down, we're only accepting cash". My girlfriend replied with, "yes, i know, i saw the sign on the door". Employee got super offeneded and copped an attitude and raised her voice. "EXCUSE ME!?!". My gf said, "i know, i saw the sign on the door". Employee said, WELL ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE TO LET YALL KNOW!. My gf didnt even get upset with the skinny employee, with the long fake ponytail, mole having, rude as female employee, she just let her have her stanky ass attitude! Growing ul in the hood is no excuse to bring the "ghetto-ness" everywhere you go, especially your work area... As we were searching for our son's clothing, she was eyeing us and mean mugging us, every second then as we were walking out, that skinny little thing, rolled her eyes, swung her hair, and watched us as we walked by her and out the door! The 1 star is for the 2 or 3 dresses I liked. After this I'm done with the Highland Park MI store. I may try another location IF they are not like the emp. working today. I never liked a lot of shopping online, thanks to the "hawks" looking, staring, following me around today. Walked in and there wasn't a soul on the floor, all in front by the registers/kids area. Leaving out I spotted a short dark one trying to hide in the clorhes and the other left out 15 sec.after me. She could've took her break waaaaay before then. I'm almost 47 y.o. and the last person Rainbow has to worry about stealing an $8.00 dress w/ a sensor on it, in front of emp., AND H.P. Police Station next door. ...only...

This has to be the worse Rrainbow I've been in. The workers don't have a dress code. I couldn't tell if they were customers or not. One of the worker's had the nerve to have a full blown conversation and we had to wait until her conversation was over before she could help. The air in this placed has not worked in at least two years. The store looks dirty. This store needs help. We have to due better for...
