I got my screen fixed here and the day after, I kept getting a notification that it wasnt a genuine apple product. I ignored it, worst mistake ever. My screen stops working, it doesnt light up. I had my husband take the phone back today and since it's been longer than 30 days, it's nothing they can do. Which is fine it's my fault for not getting it taken care of immediately, however he was completely dissmissive about the part not being genuine. He treated it like it was completely made up. I hate to do this to another black owned business, but that's $220 down the drain. Had he not been so dismissive about the situation, I would've given him another $220 to fix it again.
Update: After seeing this review the owner called me and essentially tried to gaslight me about the product he put on my phone. I was done with the situation, but this is the worse customer service I have ever had in my life. He did not call with a solution, he called for an argument. I got exactly what I paid for and he said this, "You did not take your phone to apple, you called nine mile wireless."
Response: I have no desire to contact yiu regarding this issue any further. I left an honest review that you disagree with and handled poorly. This is not defamation, this is facts. I just ignored your phone call. If you continue to contact me, I will file a harassment suit. Please leave me alone, thanks. If I knew the product was not genuine, I would not have purchased it.
Furthermore, I sent my husband up there to just buy another screen. Nobody asked for anything for free. He just flew off the handle at the mention of the product not...

This guy went off on me after he looked at the phone again. He said now there were white lines. I said ok Iāll come back - he started cussing at me and put my bad screen back on. All I asked was If was normal and he started ranting to take my phone to Apple since heās a 3rd party dealer. Then started yelling about my dog (service dog). Did not say anything about him when we first came in - he started ranting about the government. At this point all I wanted was my phone back. I tried to say againā¦. Is this normal? He started to work on my phone and made it worse ā¦. In his words ānow there are linesā. And spent 1/2 hr more on it. He got upset because he couldnāt figure it out!
