I was visiting from out of town this past weekend and will never go back to this location! I arrived at the drive thru around 10:20 pm with only 1 car in front of me. It took the woman 5-6 minutes to take my order. I though she forgot about me and when I called out she said "just hold on one minute". During that time two other cars pulled up behind me.
Once my order was taken (mind you they had no grilled chicken for the salad and she kept yelling do we have this or that) and I got to the window the night staff were on their phones, playing music, taking pictures or videoing themselves, laughing and joking around rather then tending to customers. I saw one worker using his bare hands to transfer food with no gloves, in fact no one who was handling food wore gloves but the others were at least using tongs.
We finally got our food at 10:42... way too long for a drive thru when no one was there. When we pulled off the other 2 cars were no where in sight and I deduced they left... which I should have done too. I concluded that the lady (well, maybe teen girl) was unable to take more than one order at a time and had to wait until it was filled before taking another order. NOT GOOD!
We ordered a some other non-fried chicken type salad since they were out of the grilled, a 3 piece all leg meal w/ mac n cheese and a bo-berry biscuit. Well when we got to where we were staying my 11 yr old was in tears since they messed up his chicken pieces giving him a breast and 2 wings of which he doesn't particularly like. It was too late and we were too tired to go back and complain so I made him eat the wings and his mac 'n cheese which was only about 1/2 filled.
Wish I could give negative stars for this location. I have never had such bad service at a Bojangles and my 17 yr old works at one...
Read moreI've worked in fast food before (manager and employee) so I understand how hellish the atmosphere can be, and I also understad people can have bad days and have grace for that, but I honestly have never experienced the strange and wonderful flavor of rude I experienced at this location. I went on July 28th around 4 and for the 1 minuet I was there, I experienced a comical if not the most passive aggressive order. I told the employee my order and when she asked my drink I took a full 2 seconds to decide trying to find the drink options on the board. I guess they grew impatient because someone then began blasting a song ith the decibles of a sub woofer through the speakers at me with the lyrics "can we just talk" Someone else then jumped on the intercom and through the very loud song asked for my order like I was a new customer. After saying "I literally cannot hear you" the lady jumped back on and the music was cut off and she again asked for my drink. I told her and then pulling up to the window politely inquired where the music was coming from. She smirked and said "oh I don't know" as her coworker was singing the words behind her. I get that fast food can be stressful at times as I've said I worked in fast food for many years, but treating a customer with that level of impatients honestly is baffling. You shouldn't be working with people if that's how you treat them. It would have been a whole new level of rude blasting a song during my order if id had my newborn napping in the car as alot of mom's go through the drive through when their kids are napping. If you are a mom or have anyone in the car that has sensory issues I recommend going somewhere that doesn't blast music at you...
Read moreThis will be my LAST time EVER coming to this location!!!!! I had THE WORST experience EVER in my 25 years of existence!!! NO EXAGGERATION!! The drive thru employee WAS SO RUDE and hope she gets FIRED for attempt to throw TRASH IN MY TRUCK!!! She was VERY VERY RUDE to me and to my family, we ordered our food and she was speaking too quickly and rushing us, we paid for our food and ate in the parking lot, we looked around the area to find a trash can and didnât see any, so we thought maybe they could throw out trash away and if they canât, itâs fine, no worries. We went into the drive thru and instead of her speaking actual words like âyes, how may I help you?â Etc, no she said âHMM???â We asked her kindly if she could throw our trash away cause we couldnât find any outside. And she said and quote with attitude âNO!!â And tried to throw out trash right at us. WHAT THE HECK EMPLOYEE DOES THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMER???!!?? Very unprofessional, she could have said âno, sorry canât do thatâ but for her to yell NO and throw the trash and left it on the ground is absolutely 100% unacceptable. Who does she think she is?? I called the manager and said this situation and will call cooperate. Educate your employees to TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT! Customers are the reasons why those employees get money. So sad cause I love Bojangles but to get this treatment? Iâd rather eat trash from the dumpster like a cat. Iâd get good service there,...
