I won't be going back. First impression whether it's the food, environment, staff, etc. The staff was good. They hadn't been open that long. music was blaring as to why I guess I got all potatoes in my boil. We couldn't hear each other. We both kept saying huh and she was new. She was very friendly though. It was the food for me. I ordered the blue crab boil hag. It Came with 1/2lb crawfish and 1/2lb shrimp bag with mild Cajun seasoning on the side being that I've never been there. I also ordered a special they had where u get 1lb snow crab legs and 1/2lb shrimp for free boil bag with garlic butter on the side. The blue crab bag was was $30 and I only got 2 crabs. Both my crabs were bad. They were mushy and tasted of ammonia. Had to throw that away. And literally about 7 crawfish that weren't big. I know dang well that wasn't 1/2lb crawfish. And my snow crab bag that was 28.99 that was supposed to come with the free 1/2lb shrimp, DID NOT have my shrimp nor did I get the garlic butter sauce. I received Cajun. Read moreWent to the nine mile location because I enjoyed the service at the southside plaza location. Unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience. What I ordered originally which was seafood fried rice “wasn’t available” then it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks due to the short staff. They didn’t offer crab crackers because from what the waiter said “People keep stealing them”…then to make matters worse after attempting to pay our $160 bill with $20 added gratuity. The waiter returned to say the card was declined. After asking to speak with a manger who insisted the card was declined saying “there is no reason we would lie” while asking for another form of payment . After contacting American Express only to learn waiter did not run the card correctly. I guess they aren’t used to running American Express. A cashier used my card info to pay for another customers food! The “owner” “manager” wanted my boyfriend to repay for my order that was already paid for! And they was very unapologetic about the whole situation! Wanted to give me a discount instead of handing me my food that was clearly already prepared for me to pick it up! Told me I had pay for it again! Because there cashier did not pay attention the first time! Not understanding how that’s my fault! No one has apologized and My food was right behind the counter!
