I came here Thursday night 09/07/23. I checked out at 9:17pm in line number 5 with cashier # 1003 Emily. I asked for 9 cans of similac milk. She told me she just had 8 cans. I told her that's fine. She ONLY GAVE ME A BOX. The box is only of 6 cans. Still got charged the 8 cans. I didn't notice till I got home. I tried to call that same night, but the line sounded busy. Friday morning, the same thing. Went in around 10:10 am. Spoke with a manager. Didn't get her name. But she got my information and said that the ONLY lady that can check cameras is busy. That she was gonna let her know and let me know once they check cameras. After not hearing anything, I went back around 5:10pm. Spoke with a different manager. She was very kinda. She said that by today, Saturday morning, I would get an answer, and I haven't heard anything yet. I understand they have to check cameras, but they can also ask the cashier she sold the box as it had 8 cans when it just has 6. I have been very patient, but hopefully, somebody more above sees this that actually cares. I need the cans for my daughter. It's ridiculous that it takes that long to check cameras. So anyone can just walk in and steal because the only person who is able to check cameras is...

Formerly called Rio Ranch Market. Although they have adequate food/supplies most.of the "american" products.habe disappeared and the store is cateri to a latino audience. Thestore look cleaner, I have bought presliced cake that was really hard on the bottom side, fruits such as grapes and strawberries that when I got home ended up throwing away a good bit due to rot. They no longer sell certain items and the prices on everything jumped. Rio sold the large box of Cheerios for $2.99 and sometimes two for five. The cost of a single family sized is $5.99. I know that the price of food has gone up but one day the store was Rio and the next Cardenas with the price increase. There are certain cashiers that I avoid because they have a tendency to be rude. I continue to go there because it is only a 5 minute walk from my front door. Overall on the 1 to 5 rating scale I'd give them a 2.5. I really wish I could rate.them higher. Rio Ranch...

They have really improved since they became Cardenas. The air conditioning works. It's cleaner. The women's restroom still has the same graffiti inflicted trash cans it had back when it was Rio Ranch. It needs classier new trash cans in the restroom to match the upgraded store. The wait times now that it has become Cardenas are significantly improved from back when it was Rio Ranch. Much much better. The improvement is absolutely noticeable. It's a beautiful clean store. So happy with the improvements!! The air conditioning problem has been repaired. It not longer insufferable check out wait times like it used to. Check out times are so much better than what they used to be. The tacos are supremely Good in their prepared...
