I've purchased food from this location tonight around 9:30pm. It's been a while since stopping by. It took a good 5 minutes before anyone greeted me on the speaker. The person taking my order had a cough. He didn't catch my order the first time. It's fine, I guess. He's probably trying to multitask. So I repeated my order, which was only 2 meals. I requested no salt on my large fries and saw that it was input correctly. So I pulled up, paid for my food and was given two drinks. One was not full, as if the worker couldn't wait for the fuzz to settle and topped it with a lid anyway. It was sticky on the sides of both cups. The large drink was over-filled, and pooling at the top. He didn't give me straws; I had to ask. He asked if I wanted sauce, and I asked for hot, only to be in vain, and to find zero in either bag. I pulled into a parking space because I wanted hot sauce and ranch. When I got home, I was disappointed to find salt on my fries and no receipts. What a waste. Also, I witnessed that same worker cough into a napkin and proceed to make drinks. He shouldn't be working in food service while sick. I certainly don't want droplets of virus-saturated sputum on my food, let alone his own personal bacteria-causing cavities!
It's a hit and miss with them. Sometimes they make mistakes more than usual. I've almost never had a problem with the quality of their food. The reason I am rating them so low, is because at night if going through the drive thru, I get turned down almost 60% of the time. Between 2am-3:45am or maybe longer, the excuse they give is, "my system is restarting it's going to take about (random time frame)" . This time frame changes. Alexis refused to give me a courtesy water with my order on a day that is 106° outside they do not have no how to treat loyal customers. How well you were treated is simply a matter of who is on the shift.. some of the employees are very caring and give you extra level of service with extra tender loving care and attentiveness & good manners and kindness. ... But other of the employees are very rude very uncaring and very disrespectful. Alexis is refusal to give me water on a day that is 106° outside and refusing to refill the water even when I purchased two menu items and then bought coffee is just unexcusable it doesn't want to be bothered to go out of his way and that's not how we treat customers. I'm not going to continue to patronize and establishment where they don't know how to treat the customer right. Read moreAll i ordered was 8 tacos. I pulled in the drivethrew there was nobody in front of me I didn't see any cars in the parking lot really. I got my food and went 2 blocks to the park. Set the bag on my lap, I pulled the first taco out and it's dripping with grease so i wrapped it with a napkin and it completely soaks the napkin, take the napkin off and it's still oozing grease. I ate that taco and dug to the bottom of the bag so see if there was any dry ones and there were a couple at the bottom that were probably already made and sitting there when I ordered. Then rushed out the rest without letting them drip dry at all. Set the bag on my cooler in my passenger seat only to notice that bag completely see threw on the bottom from being soaked in grease as well. Great that was just on my lap. Take the remaining tacos back and was told i can only give you a refund for the tacos you have left. No mention about sorry you were dissatisfied with your food or anything. Great customer...
