T-Mobile — Local services in Highland

I originally left a critical review based on a frustrating experience at the Highland location when transferring four lines from Spectrum to T-Mobile. The in-store support at that time was not helpful, and I was left feeling like I had to chase down solutions myself—ultimately escalating the issue to T-Mobile Corporate.

But I want to give credit where it’s due.

Within hours of posting my review, Lisa, the manager at the Highland store, personally reached out to me. She acknowledged that the ball had been dropped and could not have been more professional, compassionate, and sincere in her apology. The way she handled the situation was truly impressive—she turned a negative experience into a meaningful one with her responsiveness and grace.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. We didn't do our homework and put ourselves in a bad situation. After calling T-mobile, they said to go to the Highland store and they could help us. They were right on point. Autumn was amazing. She knows her stuff and if she didn't she worked to find the answer. We were told our lost pone would take seven days to find, Autumn had an answer in five minutes. We didn't buy our phones there, but we were treated like we did, and that will definitely be bringing us back. She didn't even laugh too hard at our lack of technical knowledge and not being able to transfer the data from one phone to the other. Her boss, who I didn't get her name, was...

I cant express enough how awesome Autumn is, seriously. She was going through the ringer with people due to an online order I had placed and was bound and determined to get it right. There was also another woman who was there who helped. She has long black hair and she was extremely helpful too. I didn't get her name unfortunately, but then two together worked as a team and got it figured out in no time. Y'all I felt like I was kicking it with some friends honestly.
