Subway — Restaurant in Highland

Tonight I ordered through the app. When I walked into the restaurant I was not greeted, just stared at, no acknowledgment other than the uncomfortable stare from across the room. One of my sandwiches was a footlong pizza sub. Got home and there was no pizza sauce or cheese on the sandwich. The sauce and cheese are main ingredients for a ‘pizza’ sub. This was just bread, pepperoni and ranch dressing. The amount of pepperoni on the full sandwich didn’t even make a normal 6 inch. I debated on even ordering from this location because of multiple incorrect orders and bad customer service. I have dined in and ordered pick up and I feel like when you order online for pick up they really don’t care if it’s correct because how the bags are sealed with so many stickers it’s a deterrent to open it up...

I've had the same sandwich every single day since August 19th. Usually from different locations. When I picked up my subway today, I told the girls working that whoever made my sandwich on Friday was one of the best ones I have had! The worker checking me out said it was probably her (the girl currently making my sandwich). When I got home and ate I realized it was her!

Franchise owner has the easiest job - putting meat on the sandwiches and does this as fast as she can, backing up veggie section. Workers get annoyed/stressed because she doesn’t stop. Food line is gross because they are trying to pump out as many sandwiches as possible. By the time I get my sandwich it’s cold.
