Our experience with Alex at Boost Mobile in Hightstown NJ was the best level of service we have ever experienced. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We had a very difficult time trying to get our old carrier to transferr our number to Boost. Alex worked diligently on this case for 2 weeks, putting in countless hours on the phone and the computer trying to rectify this issue.
