Edit: I had to edit this review bc just avoid the drama and DO NOT GO HERE the owner is rude and unprofessional as you can see from her response to my original review below, as well as her response to every other negative review left for this business. They don't tell you they charge by the hour unless you ask, and when you ask they have an attitude, and they didn't inform me i would have to pay extra for my tattoo to be finished(???) until i called to make a second appointment. They are being deliberately shady about where your money goes and when you ask questions they are unnecessarily rude. Nothing about that is honest or upfront. I was never planning on going back and my review was more so constructive than negative and now I'm banned from going there? how does that even make sense. Pease do better for the sake of your other customers.
Original: I've been going to this tattoo parlor since 2018 and since then they've changed a lot of their policies and now it just feels like a scam. They have a $150 minimum deposit policy that they say goes towards your tattoo but definitely doesn't. I paid $330 for a tattoo that wasn't finished and then when I called back to set up an appointment for it to be finished they told me I would have to pay a second deposit, or I couldn't have my tattoo finished. Other than that Matt was great, love him as an artist individually, or I would've left just 1 star but the new policies they have are a complete scam. I was told about the non refundable $100 deposit. The receptionist who I’m wondering if it was the owner was very ARGUMENTATIVE and CRITICAL over simple questions and went on and on. After finally finalizing all the details via email, I asked for pricing, and got a lot of attitude. I ask if I could email a more simple design to lower the cost, so I emailed the new tattoo and called back for pricing, the receptionist/owner said to me to walk-ins came in and took my appointment for the following day at 6 PM and they could no longer take my appointment.
