This place may work if you just need somewhere to get started, but if you have other options, I do not recommend renting here!! 🥲 There are constant issues with the water supply (it’s randomly cut off without notice), and the hallways/common areas are not cleaned; if you or your neighbors don’t do it, it simply doesn’t get done ( I’ve seen puke in the hallway for months at some point). I lived here for four years, and the roof leaked every year. On top of that, there are frequent power cuts in the winter. Communication with management has also declined. The new office ignores emails. For example, on day when our toilet was clogged, we were told to throw tissue in the garbage and never flush—completely unsanitary!!!! 🚽 All we ever asked for was proper communication and basic upkeep of a property where the rent keeps rising while conditions deteriorate. The only positives are the location and the maintenance staff, who are polite and helpful. Otherwise, I cannot recommend this place. Please look elsewhere—I wouldn’t wish these issues on anyone...

Do not rent here!! The complex is run down and management is incompetent. The buildings are not up to code. The hallways leading into the apartment units have broken tiles, striped wood, doors don't lock and were never fixed in the 12 month period we lived there! We dealt with a nightmare roach infestation, multiple calls that were unanswered from the super. Kids run around and are loud, there is trash EVERYWHERE. Men drinking beer late at night in the parking lot..speaking of the parking lot you'll never find a space to park especially if you come home after 5pm. Management woos you with recently renovated units and the promise of flower beds but it is a hell hole. Would never ever...
