Came in because my car was swerving and felt completely unsafe to drive. The first mechanic I went to recommended a complete control arm replacement, quoting me $700 in labor alone because the damage was located underneath my car's subframe. Went there for a second opinion after the first mechanic, expecting the worst. But they told me that I had a loosened bolt in my control arm that they could fix for me. Once I asked them how much it would be, they told me it was free for the repair they did since diagnosis is free. They then told me that some parts of my suspension might need some work, giving me an estimate for those repairs. All in all, it took them 30 minutes to do this. Needless to say, I will be returning in the future. Cannot recommend...

Mount's has been our trusted mechanic for years. Doug & crew do excellent work -- all repairs have held up over time with our cars.

My anecdote regarding Mount's excellent customer service: A few years ago, I was adding a quart of oil to my (rapidly failing) engine. I was doing this at 6AM at a gas station on 33. Being the tired fool I am, I DROPPED THE OIL CAP into my engine compartment, where it vanished entirely. Great people! I am a former mechanic and I do most work on my vehicles myself, but some jobs, like tires, I dont have the equipment for so I started coming here because the chain tire shops in the area left me unimpressed and did shoddy work. Mount's does solid work at a fair price, they take pride in what they do and are friendly and prompt. They are only place i trust to the few jobs i can't, like tires and alignments.
