Nectar — Local services in Hillsboro

I went to this dispensary for the first time Sunday to purchase two ounces of flower. Everyone was super nice and I got a great deal on flower. Then when I got home and I literally took out less than a half gram of flower to grind up and there were so many premature seeds in my flower. So I purchase about two ounces of flower every week and most places I go will usually let me bring the flower back especially if there’s less then a half gram taken out. Plus the owners usually want to know which flower it is so they can take it off the shelf or so they can label the flower correctly and sell it at a discounted price so it’s known that this flower has a lot of seeds. I called today Monday and talked to a budtender there about my issue and she told me that this was the risk I took from buying from them and told me I was out of luck. I tried to tell her that this was no way of doing business and I would take my business elsewhere. She then just hung up the phone on me. I can not believe how rude she was. So basically when you go in , they are super sweet to you , but once you have an issue , they don’t want nothing to deal with you or look into the issue once you purchase the product. When I sell products myself , I love having repeat clients and taking care of issues they have. But this business seems like they just care about getting your money once and that’s it. Went in today to buy an ounce that they had on sale for $34 and $40.80 out the door with tax. I explained to the bartender that’s what I was in for. When it came time to pay, I was charged $58.80. I went back in couple minutes later to double check the price and was informed it’s only the highlighted ounces in that category. Even though the ounce I got was under that price label. Then I was informed if I bought the $59 ounce all of them out the door would’v been cheaper. Kind of felt like I was ignored when I first went in and explained I was in for the $34 oz sale.
