Dottys — Restaurant in Hillsboro

After entering one of my local Dotty's .I was kept waiting for about 15 minutes while the woman working was in the back room having a rather loud and emotional personal call. I said " hello" somewhere in the middle not quite sure of why a personal phone call was more important than a customer. I was told to wait because she was doing something important. Having heard the conversation it was not very important . Unprofessional to say the very least. However when I was finally tended to I handed her a 20 and asked that my change be proper for the bus. I have never been to a Dotty's. It is cash only. The signs say no plugged in devices. My overall impression is this is a lottery place with some food to go with it.
