We decided to switch to Sprint in July 2018. The Representative assured us based on the coverage map the service would work at our home. Being self employed and working from home this is very important to us. As it turns out, the service doesn't work at our home. My wife contacted the local retailer two times regarding the issue and both times we were promised an airwave device to boost our signal at home. After several weeks of waiting we decided to take up the issue with Sprint corporate. We were informed the airwave device we were promised was not even on the market yet and there was no guarantee it would even work for us. We may be able to get one in October. This was in August. Our question to them was, why is your local retailer promising something that can't be delivered, and what are you going to do to resolve this issue? We were promised a network team would come to our home and check the coverage. This was supposed to happen within three business days (July 25th). We waited eight days and did not hear one word from Sprint. On November 7th I contacted them regarding the network team who was supposed to visit our location. I provided the reference number I was given and the agent informed me they had canceled the request because according to their information the service worked fine at out home. Because we were lied to and mislead by the local retailer we did not cancel the service during the 14 day trial period. We kept waiting for them to deliver the device that they were promising. As it turns out that ended up costing us over $1,100 to buy out the contract. The Sprint experience has been very disappointing every step of the way. Anyway I called corporate on this store and the worker's in it and I will continue to call until I see change and see that the rude unprofessional workers have been delt with. Never I have I ever delt with such horrible people like the worker's literally I've spent two days high blood pressure crying off an on because of how they have treated me and my husband with the service we paid for. I wouldn't recommend this store and these workers to anyone. I would never recommend sprint to anyone who’s in this area unless you’d like to travel each time you want to visit a store, are in need of assistance etc. Out of all the times I have been in sprint I have received no actual help with assistance other than when they’re selling me a new product.
