Subway — Restaurant in Hillsboro

Ok I’ve been here plenty of times and I think this is the last straw. First off, no one understands a word I’m saying. My order? A footlong, multigrain meatball sub with LIGHT sauce. What I got? A six inch, white bread “meatball” sub with 2 1/2 meatballs and enough sauce to choke a child. How did we get here? First the kid didn’t understand that I wanted light sauce and began smearing sauce on the bun as you would butter a sandwich? Then switched it up and gave me ALL the sauce. PROBABLY to cover up the fact that there were NO more meatballs. So, as a solution, he cut the sandwich in half so I would at least have 3 meatballs for a 6inch. This was a lie, as I only received 2 meatballs and little pieces that would probably count for half a meatball 😂. In conclusion, as I went to eat the world’s worst “meatball” sub, I took a bite out of the delicious sauce sandwich (that I definitely wanted) and proceeded to shed a tear of pure delight. I promised right then and there to share my story in hopes to save anyone smart enough to look at the reviews!

P.s. still hungry, at least i have a belly...

Edit 8-9-24. This subway is under new management since the below post. Went today. Food is very good and service has improved greatly. Keep up the excellent work!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All around!!

May be my last time here. Food is good, but service is terrible. Had a very surly young lady. I asked about the artisan rolls. She didn't know that I was talking about so she asked someone...all good. She was told that it is a 12" cut into 3 pieces. She proceeded to take a 6" and cut it in half. When I pointed it out, she didn't like it. I told her just to give me the 6". So she was really pissed. She took my money so I apologized about upsetting her. She wouldn't even look me in the eye, but said all right. Always...

Food is always good service is atrocious it’s really not that hard to make a sub sandwich. Comes clear down to the bread can’t even get the dang bread correct and there always out of stuff they close early about 99.9 percent of the time you could go in by 6 p and they don’t close till 9 or 10 p or so they say but really they close down as early as 6 p the one by the laundry mat is awful this is the best one in town and I don’t want either of them now rather drive to Wilmington at this point feel like the management just ain’t here for this store and the staff just closes when they feel like and not stock what they don’t wanna stock when it’s close to “closing time “ do...
