I’m typically a DIYer for the majority of projects around the home but I decided to outsource the job. I reached out to Floor Coverings International to finish laying the floor I had already purchased and within five minutes, they gave me a call and we scheduled for the Steve, franchise owner, to come out and give an estimate. The price he quoted us was very reasonable for the scope of the job. We mentioned that we had some previous floor creaks and squeaks and Steve said that he will do his best to have his installer address them. Steve sent the installer, Igor, out to access the situation and he felt confident he could remedy the situation. Long story short, the joists needed to be reinforced and new subfloor installed. The price Steve gave was again was more than fair. Igor replaced the subfloor and laid down the new floor in just a couple days and the work he did was immaculate. Igor takes pride in his work and doesn’t cut corners and his work shows it. Before final payment was made, Steve wants to come out, observe the work, and make sure it meets the expectations of the owners. I would highly recommend Steve and Igor for any flooring job and I would definitely consider them again if I ever needed any more flooring installed or repaired in the future....

From the start, Steve, the franchise owner, was incredibly thorough in his evaluation. He took the time to walk us through every detail, explaining exactly what was included in the estimate so there were no surprises. His professionalism and attention to detail immediately gave us confidence in our choice.

The installation team was just as impressive — polite, respectful, and extremely efficient. They completed the removal and installation of carpet in four bedrooms, a hallway, and a staircase — all in just one day! The quality of their work was excellent, and they left everything neat and clean.

A special shoutout to Katie, the production coordinator, who made sure the schedule worked perfectly for us. She communicated clearly, followed up promptly, and even stopped by on installation day to check on progress and make sure we were happy.

Steve, the franchise owner, puts you immediately at ease when he arrives for consultation. He listens attentively to what you are trying to achieve and what's most important to you regarding quality, budget, style, etc. He never tries to rush you into decisions and you can take all the time you need as he shows you options. And he brings the showroom of samples to you! No need to go to a large store and wander around, maybe getting someone who really cares or not; but with Steve you definitely will get someone who cares. This is his business! And by having a mobile showroom, it keeps his prices below the competition since he doesn't have to carry that overhead. His contractors were hard workers and did a quality job. Steve really cares that the job is done in an excellent manner. He showed up at two different times during the day of installation to make sure everything was going well and insuring our complete satisfaction. Our job was for carpeting; next, I'll call Steve for hardwood flooring....
