The results that an individual can achieve in 4 to 6 weeks with a few workouts per week are truly amazing. It’s much easier to achieve than you could believe until you just do it. I really enjoy the people, the work outs and never felt better. The proof is in the pudding and all my friends and family that have followed my lead have had the best results and are smiling to. Newell Strength is an amazing place to train. I have had three different stints since 2011! Kyle a world class entrepreneur and his philosophies are always evolving! Kyle never stops learning and is very personable as he not only trains people with great workout programs but also with mind mapping which has enabled me to overcome many struggles in my everyday life. I definitely recommend working out at Newell Strength because it will change your life and it is light years ahead of all other gyms because of Kyles expertise! From weight gain to weights loss, body building, and athletic training Kyle’s gym does it all! I remember when I first started I was pretty skinny and in only a few month I gained 30 pounds of muscle! My body fat percentage was always okay but training with Kyle helped me get under 10%! I am back now at 34 years of age because I truly believe in Kyle’s methods, he is a great mentor, father, husband, and friend. Get off the hamster wheel that is a traditional gym and do something different!! I joined Newell Strength about 7 months ago and it has been nothing short of life changing! Prior to Newell, I belonged to a traditional "gym" where I worked out hard (or so I thought) and didn't see many results. Since joining Newell, I've significantly changed for the better both physically and mentally. Not only am I down almost 20 lbs, but my most recent bloodwork showed an unfathomable amount of improvement in my cholesterol, triglycerides, etc. Before joining Newell, my cardiologist told me that if my bloodwork didn't change in 6 months, I would have to start medication. At my most recent appointment he said, "you're doing great, see you in a year!" In addition to the physical benefits, I have grown emotionally as a person. I've challenged myself in ways I never imagined and have made connections with the trainers and other members - everyone is SO welcoming and friendly. I am absolutely positive that the reason I've been so successful is because of the relationships.
