Went to order one personalized photo mug for child’s birthday. After placing the custom order at Kiosk, screen displayed to pay at cash counter to confirm, otherwise the order would get canceled in 48 hrs. Went to pay for order at Photo department. First order for mug was handled professionally. Decided to add magnets as well. Second time a different gentleman was at the photo department. He said that you don’t need to pay to confirm order for magnets, started arguing with me when I said that I just did it earlier. I asked for the manager, he got angrier, and rudely asked me to step aside to wait for the manager as he was helping other customers. Manager came and I told him that this man did not know that I need to pay to confirm my order, and was rudely arguing with me. At this point salesperson started mocking me for calling him rude, and manager started defending him, said he was a great employee! I informed manager that I’m just trying to pay to get my order in time, and manager started arguing with me, defending the rude employee who was clearly mocking me! In frustration I asked if he wanted me to cancel. Manager responded by stating it was up to me. Read moreI stopped in today to pick up an online order and also to return a set of fairy lights I bought yesterday. When I asked the customer service representative if I could return them, she said they looked very used. I explained they were not very used, that they were labeled as warm white, and they are not warm white. She checked with the manager, and he said they looked used as well. Yes, they were not in the package as they were as I purchased them because I put them on a wreath and then noticed they did not match my warm white lights, then immediately removed them. The manager decided I could return them, but the whole experience was embarrassing, as the store was very busy. If either of the associates would have bothered to look at the receipt on my phone, they would have realized they were purchased yesterday. Therefore, not really sure how "used" they could appear. The customer service representative who helped me with the return, because the first associate couldn't manage to do that, was very nice. Read moreThis place is a joke, horrible rude staff and the pharmacy is a mess. The people are cruel, power hungry and I can absolutely feel the "addict" shaming. I actually feel bad for the people in recovery trying their hardest that decide to use this walgreens. I almost had a seizure waiting 3 hours this morning. It's not right. They yell at you, they make you feel like a loser. Once they've said no ONCE, they ignore you as they ramble and laugh. They don't care. It's a network of people covering each other no matter wjat they do wrong. There is no moral code in this place. They say we have done you "favors!!!" As they belittle you and I'm sorry? Favors? They were closed on both of my medication refill dates for the holidays. How is that a favor? That's not early medication, it's a STORE that is closed and they must give me my medication! I've switched to CVS. Kind people who will not make you walk out of there in tears. The store is not clean in any sense of the word. I have never seen a pharmacy with this type of nesting behavior.
