Lessons and learned for me did online shopping Black Friday, around 16 items purchased with only use $5 kohls cash cuz I earn points. Spent for like $175 received items separately to my place and return like 5-6 items back to this store and they gave me $20 Kohl’s cash instead return it to my Kohl’s card. Called their hotline tried to avoid the crazy busy season line on customer service thought the hotline can help me out but he said I should go directly to the store and talk to the store manager cuz they can’t help me there. Back to the store after Xmas over and there’s no line thank God but guess what?? This lady first with a bit attitude trying to avoid to helping with my concern until she turned to soften her tone cuz I saw her name tag and she said she don’t understand why the hotline told me to come to store which is they can’t help me there personally either so they practically made me like a ping pong. This company even cannot hiring someone that they know what the policy for billing. The store manager don’t have the decency to come where I was at to tell me she can’t help me if I don’t have the actual return receipt, she rather told the lady at the customer service to tell me that. She’s too busy to sitting down with her phone chitchat instead being on the floor helping customers when they need her. The line for return items was pretty long line.. I bet I wasn’t the only person that is NOT happy with either customer service, items, lack of friendly workers etc. My point of this bad unhappy customer reviews is I learned how to spent my money on this place especially online shopping cuz when you return an item they DIDN’T give credit back to your Kohl’s charge but they will give you Kohl’s cash and expect you to spend more of your money back to the store. If you’re not sure you’ll happy and keep the item that you going to buy I recommend don’t do it. Is business for theirs not fully convenience and satisfied for us as customers. Also if you used your Kohl’s cash on something and at the end you changed your mind and return it, you’ll lose your Kohl’s cash! instead they giving you back your Kohl’s cash that you used to items that you’re not happy with it to purchase something else that make you happy. So there you go just have the time to research a bit others reviews from others website about this store cuz I’m personally actual customers that happen to me in real life.. no scam! That’s ok I will pay this bill but they losing one more customers and I’m sure will adds up. FYI the store situation was happened in hillsborough NJ on December 26th 2017 around 1:30ish pm.I wish I remember that lady that was in customer service but I remember she wore glasses with...

My recent experience at Kohl's was marred by an unfortunate encounter with the department manager, Cassie Scott, which left me quite disheartened. As a regular customer who values courteous service, what transpired was deeply disappointing.
During my visit to the store, I approached Cassie Scott, the department manager, and she was engaged in conversation with another customer or friend. Politely, I asked for her to check me out because there was only 1 register open where they were doing a price check. However, when I did, Ms. Scott's response was unexpectedly sharp and dismissive. She seemed visibly irritated by my interruption and spoke in a tone that was both condescending and unprofessional.
What was more disconcerting was that this interaction took place in front of other customers, which added to the embarrassment. It's unsettling when a department manager, who ideally sets the standard for customer service, behaves in such a manner.
While I understand that everyone has their moments, professionalism should never waver, especially in customer-facing roles. Unfortunately, Cassie Scott's demeanor and attitude fell well short of what one would expect from a manager in a reputable retail establishment like Kohl’s.
In conclusion, my encounter with Cassie Scott, the department manager at Kohl's, was disappointing and left a lasting negative impression. As a customer, I believe it's essential to highlight such instances to ensure that the standard of service expected from retail managers is upheld...
Read moreApplied to work at this kohls location and had to apply 2 times online for the application to go through in workday. They waited 3 weeks to schedule an interview during which time I applied had an interview got hired had orientation and started working at a different retail store. Finally I get an email to schedule a virtual interview with Kohl's. Scheduled it for my day off just too see because maybe I wouldn't like my new job (I did but the hours at kohls would be better but lower pay). In any case I tried to join the interview with the link they sent me 3 times but no one let me in so I called the store and the confused checkout girl had to ask the manager and they said she would join in 5 minutes "once she was done up here". It was already 15 minutes into the 30 minute interview time. I tried to join 2 more times and eventually gave up because no one let me in. Today I get an email saying thanks for interviewing with them but I didn't more forward in the hiring process. They obviously don't need workers and can't be bothered to actually interview people. They don't take it seriously. I'm surprised they have any workers at all. And I wasn't going to keep calling them. I already have a job at a much more organized and professional store. Kohls is definitely on...
