Pizza Brothers — Restaurant in Hillsborough Township

literally ordered in person and specifically told them not to include marinara in the orders of mozzarella sticks and the orders of garlic knots due to a tomatoe allergy. asked them to just rinse the pizza cutter to avoid sauce on a white pie. they did none of these things and didnt even close the caps on the marinara and it was all over the bag, all over the food. pizza had sauce clearly where it was sliced with a slicer not cleaned. Fries were so soggy after just a 4 minute drive home they clearly had been made earlier and just had been sitting. due to allergy all of the mozz sticks orders the knot orders had to be thrown away. the fries were so soggy they were inedible. plus they just threw packets of ketchup inside the fries container so you can enjoy some hot ketchup heated by the old soggy french fries that they clearly just reheated.

i didnt really think it was possible to get a simple white pie, mozz sticks, fries and garlic knots wrong, but they went above and beyond and impressed me by completely ruining it, clearly their staff doesnt care or doesnt want to satisfy their customers(the customers ya know like those ones whos money actually pays...

I have been using pizza brothers for many years and have been very satisfied. However lately the service and food has deteriorated. I ordered fettuccini alfredo. I got spaghetti alfredo. When I called I was told what difference does it make its noodles. The next time I ordered fettuccini alfredo - I specifically said "no substitutions". Again they substituted spaghetti for fettuccini and I got spaghetti alfredo. I also told the delivery guy I wanted $11 change. He did not have the correct amount on him and went back to his vehicle and brought me back a wad of singles - I did not count them. Later when I did count them there was only 10 singles. I do delivery order at least a couple of times a month. Yesterday I went and picked up 3 menus for 3 different pizza places in hillsborough. Time to try a new place. I expect an Italian place to know the difference between spaghetti and fettuccini. And if they are going to substitute call the buyer and let them know that they are substituting so that the buyer has the option of changing the order....

I've known about Pizza Brothers for quite some time but have never really been in the area to grab a slice from them. Apparently I have been missing out for years. The plain slice was stellar, offering a great cheese to tomato sauce ratio. The base and crust were pleasantly fluffy and the overall flavor was delicious. This is perhaps one of the best plain slices in the Hillsborough area for me. Their sausage and pepperoni slice was what you would expect, and the sausage (the ground variety) was both crispy and tasty.

The pizzeria itself has classic booth seating with appealing pizza paddle artwork on the wall. There's plenty of parking and the staff is very polite and helpful. The establishment is very clean and as I mentioned before, the plain slice is one of the better ones I've tasted in the area of my home town. I will definitely be stopping in again...
