We visited this restaurant for supper / early dinner and were initially impressed. The welcome was warm, and the ambiance was vibrant with colorful lights and a pleasing theme.
FOOD IS GOOD / QUANTITY IS SUPER GOOD for money but …. However, our experience quickly took a downturn:
Menu Limitations:No soup or non veg platter options, which was disappointing being a rainy day. Serving Order Ignored: Though we gave clear instructions on how we wanted the food served, this wasn’t followed. They filled the table with one by one timely and table became full. Red Flag 1 – Hygiene Issue: My teen daughter was about to sip water from the jar and glass provided, but was shocked by a strong foul smell—clearly non-veg residue. We immediately asked for a bottled water and for the glassware to be removed. Red Flag 2 – Missing Plates: The first dish was served without plates. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent, just placing dishes and moving on. Red Flag 3 – Foul-smelling Plates: The plates and cutlery smelled of stale, non-veg residues. I requested a new plate, which also smelled bad though slightly less. My teen and partner adjusted, but I found it unacceptable. Red Flag 4 – Noise & Space: The cutlery and dishes were heavy and noisy, and with limited space on a small table, it felt cluttered and uncomfortable. Cleanliness & Aroma: Though the place looked clean visually, the restrooms and handwash areas were not very hygienic. There was no pleasant aroma to balance the visual appeal—only disturbing smells and noise. Positives: ** Good food quality
Overall - If you're looking for good-tasting vegetarian food and can ignore some serious hygiene and sensory issues, it might be worth a try. However, if you're sensitive to smells or expect strict vegetarian cleanliness, this place may not be ideal. Non veg is up to the expectations and must try dishes as you read other reviews.
I strongly recommend that the management pay close attention to hygiene—especially with utensils and serving items—and improve attentiveness among...
Read moreA Shocking and Hazardous Experience!*
I recently had the misfortune of ordering boneless chicken biryani from Biryani city Hillsborough restaurant, and what I found in my meal was absolutely appalling. As I dug into the flavorful rice and chicken, I felt something hard and metallic in my mouth. To my horror, I discovered a piece of iron, resembling a stapler pin, buried in the biryani!
The chicken biryani itself was decent, with aromatic spices and tender chicken. However, the presence of a foreign object completely ruined the experience. I was shocked, disgusted, and concerned for my safety.
Feedback to the Restaurant:
Quality Control: Implement a rigorous quality control process to ensure that no foreign objects, especially hazardous ones like metal pins, make it into your dishes. Food Safety: Take immediate action to address food safety concerns. This incident raises serious questions about your kitchen's cleanliness and attention to detail. Customer Service: Provide a formal apology and a suitable compensation for the distress caused. Also, ensure that your staff is trained to handle such situations promptly and professionally.
Warning to Others:
If you're a fan of this restaurant or planning to try their boneless chicken biryani or any other dishes , please exercise extreme caution. Check your food thoroughly before consuming it, and report any concerns to the management immediately.
I hope the restaurant takes this incident seriously and takes necessary steps to prevent such hazards in the future. Until then, I'll be taking my business (and appetite) elsewhere.

Read moreI was assured my order would be ready for pick-up at 8 pm. However, upon arrival at the designated time (and paid for the order), the food was not prepared. While I recognize that Mother's Day may cause delays, the staff repeatedly assured me it would be ready in 5 minutes, which never materialized. Unfortunately, I had to leave without my full order and they were unwilling to cancel or refund. The manager's response to my inquiry later in the night was confrontational and lacking in customer service skills. There is room for improvement in their approach to customer satisfaction.
Edit (Response to Restaurant): First of all, I am not expecting food for free (also note - I had paid for the order as soon as I walked in at 8pm) and trashing the restaurant. I am only reviewing the service that was provided when I was at there. I have been there multiple times and the food was decent.
You need to find out who gave me wrong commitment - thru the phone and later in-person (from 8pm till 8.45pm - "sir food will be ready in 5-10 mins" repeatedly for 45 mins. Finally, I had to inquire about the status of my order. I expressed that if it wasn't ready, I would leave and return later to collect it. The staff assured me the food would be ready in five minutes as I departed. However, upon reaching my destination and calling back after ten minutes, the food was still not prepared. Consequently, we proceeded with the party without the appetizers. In my review, I emphasize the restaurant's deficient customer management and service skills during peak hours, along with the perceived arrogance of the manager. There's certainly room for improvement in their approach to...
