T-Mobile — Local services in Hillsborough Township

I have in the past bought two phones from T-Mobile in this particular retail store. Service was always a non-issues in the past. While the placed always had quite a few customers at a given time and given that every customer had either come in to upgrade or make changes to their plans needing significant paperwork, the staff were polite, courteous and made all the customer comfortable. I don't expect complete understanding of all the hardware nuances of every phone offered everyone on the staff was knowledgeable as well about the different offerings and at least had good knowledge about the latest phones.

However I recently walked into the store today to complain about a erratically working phone that I had purchased from them six months ago. (the exact complain was lack of coverage in my house when I've had none for two years and a randomly erased memory card)The representative was extremely rude, did not as much look at the phone and simply responded by a you do not have warranty, if you want I can arrange for a new phone to be shipped to you for $20.

When I protested saying my problem is real and there should be something that could me looked the rep just stared at the computer and said that's all he could do. And there was no wait, no one else was in the store.

Very disappointed with the service. Unfortunately my phone's 611 service did not respond and I had to use another phone to get to their customer...

I wanted to get on here and write an amazing review for Amanda and her team. When i enter the store, this has to be one of the only cleanest t-mobile store, i have been too.Always smells like fabulous when working into the store. Makes me feel like i am back at home. But before i continue to give this amazing team Thier praises that they strongly deserve. I want to make a comment on the negative comment below from “Robert”. I was in the establishment working with another amazing worker named David. Upon working with David. I witness Robert scream and shout at Amanda saying “YO get over here and do your job” . I and my family witnessed Amanda not only helping Robert but another male too ,while helping her workers when they asked for help. This gentleman was wayyyyyy rude. When Amanda asked that he refer her by her name Amanda (she had a name tag on) or miss but Not yo. He became upset and still belittled her, Robert even went as far to say in front of everyone in the store. I can talk to you anyways because you are in the customer service job and must accept it . Of course Robert ran to google to make himself the victim when in-fact Amanda is . I felt so bad for her, but after he left she continue greeting customer, cleaning and helping her workers. My boyfriend and I stopped in on a whim. We were in the area and wanted to see what new android phones T-Mobile had to offer. We were greeted immediately by a friendly staff. We sat down with Justin who was very nice and had a lot of patience. He answered all our questions. Both my bf and I have the Magenta Max plus with T-Mobile. We are grandfathered. After looking at several smartphones the one that was chosen was the Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra. They were out of the Samsung Galaxy s25 Edge smartphone. The Ultra was $200 more. After comparing plans Justin found another plan he said was just as good or better then our magenta max plus. This one gives 50 gigs of hot spot instead of 40 gigs. It also comes with unlimited talk, text, and data. ( he put in the record that if we didn’t like the new plan and wanted to switch back to our Magenta Max Plus we could at any time with a phone call.) Since the original phone had a hard time charging we wound up spending a few hours there so all the stored data could be transferred from the old Galaxy to the new Galaxy before Justin factory reset it.
