This business is wonderful in both old fashioned ways and new. Old fashioned hospitality (super friendly. They are dog friendly and even always give my Rottweiler a treat). New fashioned modern knowledge and very completely stocked with just about anything you need. It's a very different experience than going to the big stores (much better). I've been there four times, one time I asked for two parts to a toilet that I needed for two different toilets and they literally argued with me why I would need two of them. Why did I have to explain to them I have two toilets? Second time something like this happened was earlier today when I asked if they had the kind of light bulb I was looking for for one of my unique light fixtures and he literally tested the light bulb in front of me not believing that it was out. This is the kind of place you hope never gets crushed by Home Depot and Lowes type stores. I applaud them for soldiering on through the obvious retail challenges of the big box stores..Friendly personal service. One on one interaction.
