Shift Leader Tammy berated several other customers in check out line. I heard her tell them they were doing things wrong and that the customers âmessed upâ in a harsh tone. Another customer needed help with picking up photos and was berated by Tammy who said âThis is ridiculous. You did it wrong itâs not ready yet. I donât know why she called me up here!â The customer replied telling her something along the lines of âI placed the order 40 minutes ago and an hour and a half ago. I donât know why she called you up here I just asked to pick up my order.â Then, she said âOkay fine. Iâll see if we have it.â They had his order from the start Tammy made it an issue and was loud enough that the four other people (including myself) waiting in the check out line could hear her berate and embarrass the manâto his credit he stayed extremely calm and patient saying, âI donât know why youâre arguing with me, I just want to pick up my order.â

When I asked them to transfer my prescriptions over to CVS since I no longer wanted to give them business, it took them over 24 hours. When I called them after the 24 hours to plead them to send the prescription over, they told me it would take A FEW HOURS to fax it over. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist, the young lady put me on hold for 5 minutes then got back on the phone and said the pharmacist is faxing it now then hung up on me. After waiting another 30 mins, CVS still had not received the fax so I had to call my doctor to resend the prescription directly to CVS. This girl not only was rude, but delayed my treatment 36 hours because she simply didnât want to do her job.

   Read moreI have no idea about the retail store but the pharmacy is the worst Iâve ever seen. The website says it will offer shingles shots by appointment but wonât accept appointments. I called and they said to come in and wait first come first served. I did that today for the THIRD time. I was the only one there and they told me it would be an hour wait. (I know. Whatâs the definition of insanity? I will never go back although my insurance company says Walgreens is their preferred provider.
