GameStop Military — Local services in Hinesville

Visited the GameStop Military Store at Fort Stewart this morning seeking Madden 25 for the PS4, and I was told that the game was not made for the console. Once I showed the two ladies that GameStop has the game on their website, I was answered with, "Regardless we don't have it in the store." No offer to order the game for me or check any other stores in the area. Poor customer service, especially since I was planning on purchasing multiples of the game. Good thing Amazon has it. I have been to this store a few times. I normally get helped by TJ who is a very Amazing worker and is always ready to help me figure out what I want to do with my switch and gaming systems. David TJ are very knowledgeable about everything in the Shop. I called the store and talked to their Supervisor and told him how great they are and he seemed really happy.
