1st review: Been purchasing appliances for years with them, But recently service has been awful. Can not get tech out to service appliances under warranty. The ladies in office are rude and like to argue with customers. Need to be home when they can be there canāt work with your schedule. Bought new washer that is leaking tons of water leaving floor full of water and all they say is wrong with washer is that I use too much soap . Bad service thought having if I locally bought would be better service since it was under warranty and company can come by to help service it. But I was wrong, they make excuses of why the washers isnāt working properly!
2nd review: This is a review itās my honest opinion of the experience I have had with this business, if you are friends with this business owner do not bash me or came at me.
The owner stated that the techs ran the washer/dryer comb thur all cycles with no leaks . That is a lie. first tech came in and turn on and off the washer he stated that it was leaking because of lent in the door. He did his exam of the washer in about 15 minutes. I told tech it leaks durning the rinse cycle he did not run it . Called a second time because washer is still leaking, tons of water. Worried my cabinets and flooring would miss up. They wanted to send same tech we request a different tech. Thatās when they sent the owner two weeks later. 2 nd tech got here late they stated tech will be there from 9:00 am to 12:00 the owner didnāt show up until 4:00 . When he got there he ways already upset. He did not turn on the washer at all he looked at the door and asked to show him the soap Iām using. Showed him and he stated it was to concentrated I let him know that it was just Tied for He washers. He said nope to concentrated. We did everything he recommended us to do, using the smart dispenser and less soap. Washer is still leaking. The washer is still not working properly we called yesterday 12/27/24 to Boerners Appliance and one of workers Arizabeth stated the owner will call us back. When he did he stated that he will NO LONGER fix the washer/dryer combo and for us to TAKE OUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. (We also purchase a refrigerator from them. )We asked what happened to the warranty? We purchased the Washer/Dryer only 8 months ago. Warranty was supposed to be for a whole year. He stated that he was the owner of the business and he didnāt need to honor or follow thur on the warranty policy . We are now stuck with new washer/dryer that donāt work properly. So Iām writing this review to let people be *AWARE *if you purchase appliances here thinking you have a warranty YOU DONT . You are better off purchasing from HomeDepot or Lowes were they are more obliged to follow thur on warranty policies . Or at least repair/replace falsely appliance ! Thank you and God Bless your...

In the end, my order came to the store. Ready for delivery. Someone sold half of my order to someone else. They called and owned their mistake. The rest of my experience felt like I was on the back burner. A month goes by, still no order. Finally I go in to get something else going bc my order is now in back order. Try and go with a different color from the cheaper model I originally wanted. Turned out, after the washer and dryer arrived at the store. They wanted to charge me another $600 for the difference. No one communicated that the color change made this transaction a change in price. I canceled. This was my first time experience with them, and my last.
