The Verizon store at Lantana Square in Hockessin is simply the best! The team is always competent, kind, efficient, and genuinely personable. They consistently go above and beyond to get you the best deal possible, and I’ve never had a bad experience there.

A huge thank-you to Wyatt and Rich, who were an absolute pleasure to work with tonight. They made the process of switching a phone from a business account to a personal one seamless, all while helping me upgrade my phone and optimize my family plan. Truly outstanding service!

** Unfortunate update to provide to other potential customers. The price I was promised was not accurate. My bill was supposed to be under $130 a month. After receiving a monthly bill of $285 I contacted the store and was told to give it another month to allow time for the credits to catch up. A month later, I contacted the store again and was told the same thing. I spent over an hour in the store today since I’ve been overcharged $155 each month for services I did not consent to, credits that were not managed, and a mistake/miscommunication on the salesman’s part. I now have to wait another 24 hours for them to get back to me to see if they’ll be issuing me a $20 credit for the trade-in and was told I won’t be reimbursed for the $155 overpayment each month. On top of that my bill will now be $50 more per month then I quoted when I upgraded my phone. This is extremely disappointing because I have referred several customers in the last few months, two of which being my parents. This Verizon store sold us seven Hum devices for our company vehicles. The salesperson said he would handle everything on the account, including set up and any issues we had. Well he lied. Oh, and after he lied he quit Verizon. This whole situation has been nothing short of a nightmare. I've been on the phone with Verizon/Hum for literally hours trying to get this resolved. Verizon will send you to Hum and then Hum will send you back to Verizon saying they can't access the account or make changes. The manager was supposed to send us new Hum devices - today is October 4th and I've been waiting for these new devices since August 14th. After not receiving the replacements I wanted to cancel the account, and he said we have to pay early termination fees for all seven of the devices.
