Deducting 1 star for each time they screwed up an order.
The food is good but this location just cannot produce an order without making some type of error. Here’s a sample from my 4 most recent visits:
2 out of 7 burgers just completely missing from the order
1 of 4 burgers missing toppings despite toppings printed on receipt
toppings on wrong burgers despite receipt indicating order was received and printed as instructed
extra (unwanted—kids are picky) toppings on multiple burgers in a single order. (Initially thought we got someone else’s order by mistake, but 3 out of 5 were as ordered and we received the correct number of burgers, so assume this was not the case)
I would be less annoyed if this was an occasional occurrence, but they are literally 0 for 4 on getting my order right. I’ve tried ordering ahead online and by phone, and ordering in person. I always have them repeat the full order back to me if ordering in person or by phone. Weekdays and weekends, big orders and small ones, doesn’t seem to matter, they always find a way to make a mistake.
And to those of you who are thinking “why don’t you tell this to them instead of to the Internet?” ...What exactly would you have me say?
“Please make my burger with the toppings i order, and don’t put on any i don’t?”
“Please make sure to actually give me all the food i ordered and paid for?”
“Please do your job well instead of poorly?”
At this point i honestly think maybe they’re doing it on purpose, because i cannot fathom how anyone could be this consistently incompetent at performing such a brief and simple series of tasks.

Read moreGot food delivered through door dash. One of the burgers had a dead bug in it. Disgusting, but it happens. So I called to let them know (I wasn't looking for anything except to tell them). When the manager got on the phone I explained it. The response was basically there's no way it was our fault, it was probably because of door dash as we have no bugs in our restaurant. The burgers were all wrapped up and the bag was closed and sealed with stickers so I find that unlikely. The manager was extremely defensive and asked for pictures which I don't have. Again not looking for anything out of this. Having once managed a restaurant, I found this to be the worst possible response from a manager for something like this. I will never ever order from a five guys again.

Read moreThe food was okay. It was a super long wait time though, so I was about 20 minute drive away. That's pretty far, and I ordered the order through Doordarsh and even the app said for how far i was the order will most likely be ready by my arrival. I get there and another 20 minutes is needed for just a burger. Also $40 for one burger and some fires. Five guys charges a ridiculous amount. And when I for the food it tasted alright nothing bad but nothing fantastic. Normal fast food tasting burger. Oh but for how long they took for the burger the fries...
