I purchased a washer from this establishment and encountered a problem shortly after. On the very first day of use, I noticed that the lint trap in the dryer hose was completely clogged. I called the seller for assistance and, during our conversation, she mentioned that they had tested the appliance before selling it but claimed that the lint buildup was excessive, which seemed unlikely to me given that it was brand new.

Within a few days of regular use, the washer stopped spinning properly. When I reached out for help again, both the woman and her husband insisted that I must have overloaded the washer with clothes, which was not the case. I always adhered to the recommended load sizes, so their claim felt unjustified. They ultimately told me that there was nothing they could do and suggested I find a technician to address the problem myself.

Given this experience, I would never consider purchasing from them again. If you decide to buy anything from this place, please make sure you are aware of their 15-day warranty policy( which she NEVER stated to me). We have been buying from Cindi for a while from my bathroom cabinets, decorative wall paneling to my most recent purchase… LVP flooring. Renovations on an older home can be very costly so if we can find some pieces there to assist on not killing our budget, it’s a huge WIN
