Hogansville Hummingbird Festival — Local services in Hogansville

This is not a Hummingbird Festival!! We have been looking forward to going to the festival for several years thinking it was about hummingbirds. We are a big hummingbird people. It took us three hours to get there from North Georgia and three hours to get back. It was a good craft festival but it had NOTHING to do with hummingbirds. They need to rename this something like the Hogansville craft festival. My wife uses a mobility scooter. There was no handicap parking we could find. There were very few ramps so she could access areas. We saw a couple of people with wheelchairs and walkers also having difficulty getting around the fair.
