We THOUGHT this was a “gem of a find” for Our home project needs. Seems to have a great stock of “returns”, discontinued or overstocked bought items. We bought quite a few items, spent a great deal of money HOWEVER due to a door marked the wrong size we had to return it. “Andrew “ assisted us. That was DEC 4,2022. TO DATE (2/8/23) WE HAVE HET TO see the $770 APPLIED BACK TO OUR CREDIT CARD. WE have made SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND SENT EMAILS WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. Which tells me this is NO GEM, but nothing more than a JUNK store owned and operated by people guided more by greed and zero accountability or customer service, than an honorable company of integrity. We have had to reach out to our attorney to step in and assist with getting our money back. DONT SHOP HERE - the cheap 2nd hand, over tossed items scored at a junk auction are simply not worth the hassle or your time. KEEP GOOGLING AND...

I was very unimpressed with this company. There was ZERO customer service from their employees as we were entering, shopping, AND exiting the warehouse. They were just sitting behind the front counter eating potato chips on a Saturday afternoon.

Items were severely damaged and still highly priced. You would be better off just going to Home Depot during a good sale and getting your item in good condition. Warehouse was very unorganized and random stuff was everywhere. Lots of items high up on shelves that weren’t clearly labeled. I’m not sure what type of system they have going on there. Definitely not worth the drive from Newnan or Peachtree city. It’s a 12 mile drive off the exit from the interstate with not much to offer. Will not be going back and don’t recommend. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with this store... Was seeing so much on facebook about it got my hopes up so high, bugged my husband to take me then we finally got out there, so disappointed... Most of the stuff is either broken, cracked, missing parts, or its not the same batch numbers for flooring, 🤦🤦 but they are asking home depot/ Lowe's prices... If it is "wholesale" then you would think it would be marked down at least $10.00.. And IF it is broken, craked, and missing parts should be marked down even more but NOPE. THEY WANT TOP DOLLAR NO LIES.. BLEW MY MIND HOW HIGH THEY ARE FOR...
