Shame on you Walgreens! Strike three with this store! I never received a call back from corporate regarding my last experience or email from my last post. The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone, therefore, we drive there and wait. It was clear the elder lady in the pharmacy doesn’t like her job. Two people were behind us eventually left due to the backlog. The drive through window had the wrong order. The lady helping my daughter kept taking deep breaths, never interacted with my daughter in any way. Terrible customer service. As she went back serving both at the same time....perhaps multi tasking should not be attempted. More training needs to be done, it took 10 minutes to look up my daughter name and as if she was waiting for the system to provide the info. Read moreThey actually filed to the wrong insurance company. I had to end up paying a 250.00 deductible twice because they never called me back. I talked to another Walgreens and they told me that they could absolutely go back and file to the correct insurance company. Hogansville Walgreens has no interest in helping me out. Why wouldn’t they want to help me with getting back 250.00 dollars that was their fault it was billed to the wrong insurance. I gave them the current insurance card when I picked up my medication and it was still filed wrong. I am so very disappointed in this Walgreens. I guess they don’t have time to help or care about...
