United States Postal Service — Local services in Hogansville

My package clearly had my home address on it and it was still delivered to the wrong address, I had to open a service request, someone from this location did call me back and told me they were gonna try to locate my package.. time passed, no call back. Had to go to this location and speak to someone..same run around. They said they would contact me,Crickets! Last thing I did was complain to USPS, Waste of time! Almost $100 of my hard earned money down the drain because they failed to retrieve my package from the wrong address they delivered it to. I moved from a large City and not once did this happen to me. How is it that such a small place like Hogansville and they managed to take my package to another address. How was this my fault? No compensation back, nothing. My house is a 10 min drive from this post office, if I have to drive further to another USPS location, then so be it, But will try to avoid my packages being delivered through USPS altogether, cause I have a feeling this will...

The MOST unhelpful, lazy, rude, and snooty ladies I have EVER came across in ANY establishment I’ve been to! After the 5th time of going up to the post office and trying to ship a package and calling and speaking with the ladies to confirm I finally figured out which shipping category to use to ship my package, the lady said yeah you could use that one!!! 😡 😡!!! AND TELLING ME THAT THE FIRST 5 TIMES DIDN’T CROSS YOUR MIND??? I will NEVER EVER GO TO HOGANSVILLE POST OFFICE TO SHIP ANYTHING AGAIN! Btw, if you don’t like your job, get another one! I have had more issue out of this post office than any other. They usually fix the issue but you have to push them pretty hard to get it done. I’m honestly tired of having to call and get my mail.
