I have had a membership here for about a year and a half and have been on and off and then stopped going for a while and finally decided it was time to go back And i hadn’t gone in a while so when i scanned it it shows them when the last i went was which a while ago and as i was walking away i heard the guy at the front laughing and saying “actually welcome back” and i just kept walking to do my workout and when i was walking out they said “have a goodnight see you next year”

I didn't really want to take it personally I try to let things go but it is really hard for some people to get up and go to the gym and then showing up and hearing comments like that from staff at the gym really kills that motivation you had to start going to the gym again, i even went at night i was there Monday October 17 i went around 9:45pm so that there would be less people but hearing that from the employees there just made me sad and made me feel bad for going I am most definitely canceling my membership and going elsewhere but it does make me sad because I know other people go there and i really hope they don't get that same experience, you never know what someone is...

I like this gym and use it 5 times a week. My issue is, they recently went through a 6 month long renovation. Repainted the walls for probably the 4th time in 3 years and added yet another pattern of flooring. But with all the “fancy” new improvements, they absolutely refuse to put in air conditioning, in a city that has summers consistently over 90° for months, making the inside of the gym at least that hot. I’ve personally been in here at night & the posted thermostat has shown as high as 93° INDOORS. They have been saying for over 5 years, AC is coming, but it never does. I wish the owners would understand that we do not care about having 15 fake trees set up in a custom made wood planter boxes as they haphazardly sit in front of the treadmills. We want air conditioning. It affects health. It affects performance. It’s actually likely a code violation for unsafe environments if we really look into it. I’m sure this review won’t do anything or they will say the AC is coming, when it never will. But that’s what we are asking for… and WIFI that works more than 10%...

Unethical business practice. I had to move to different state, so i cancelled my service 2 months prior, they signed the paper and told me my service was terminated. I just called them and told them you are still charging me and the guy said, i was active. HOW THE HELL I AM ACTIVE WHEN I CANCELLED 2 months ago. I moved out of state!! Do you think ppl are that dumb!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRATICE, i am gonna report you to BBB as well. After 2 months you are still charging me?? YOU KIDDING ME. I was lucky i saw the charge on the CC, i don't know what will they do to those ppl who dont check their credit cards statements. Stay away!! If you cancel just make a freaking video of it. 0...
