Pulled up and the darker-haired barista was working. She’s familiar with my wife’s usual order, but with both of us in the car, she bypassed me and asked my wife, “Just your cold brew?” A simple “What can I get you two?” would have been more appropriate. I understand wanting to remember regulars’ orders, but good customer service requires greeting all customers properly. This barista is often rude and brusque, which my wife has also noticed, describing her as frequently “in a funk and rude.” This behavior needs addressing instead of being excused as “just the way she is.”

Very Fast but yet super friendly even in the early am! Coffees are super gd esp if u like mochas they use the best choc Ive ever tasted in a mocha! They also serve Granitas (a blended ice coffee drink of dif flavors & basic smoothies, both from machine. They hv limited bagels & muffins. Its an on the go quick stop w great hrs, even at its busiest its like a 5 min wait at most in a line of cars, when not a line I'm out in less than a min.
