Lin Chao is kind and hard working owner/woman of Spudnut and & Deli store in Hollister who is very friendly to her customers and everyone and loves to help the poor people and community. She gave me and my family some donuts last month and it was fresh and delicious so please stop by and try it.

Each month, she donates over $500 from the profit that she makes from her store to help the poor people in Cambodia as well as helping the school community when they come for a donation so please stop by her store and support her good cause by buying her delicious donuts and sandwiches. Best donut spot in Hollister (is there even another?)! I also really like the breakfast sandwiches, especially the Mexican fiesta (SO TASTY!!) on either bagel or croissant. Be ready to wait as they always have a line but I promise it is worth it!! The ladies are always friendly but they always only have 2 people (understaffed). I have gotten coffee smoothies here twice now, today being the second and unless you want something even sweeter than Starbucks, I recommend skipping em altogether. Mine have both tasted like nothing but syrup, ended up tossing em. I had a ham and turkey sandwich and it was just awful!!! It tasted like fish and clams and SUPER SALTY MEAT!!! I'm still beating myself up for not saying something to the woman who served it to me and getting a refund. It was just so super busy and I didn't want to make the people in the long line wait any longer than they already were due to under-staffing. Only one lady at the counter taking orders and payments and collecting up doughnuts for all the customers. I don't recommend this place at all. The doughnuts we got were not that amazing either.
