My daughter has mountain bike practices all over North Carolina so I get to see lots of different towns and explore. I usually started a coffee shop and find suggestions for local places and that is how I found bless your heart Boutique. It was recommended by the locals. I checked it out and loved it. Not only were the sweaters exactly to my taste but I also found something I don't find too often. When I walked in I was welcomed into a very welcoming environment. The owner and another employee took the time to help me find the perfect pair of jeans just by asking a few questions. Normally people don't care enough or take the time to do something like that so it meant a lot to me. I walked out with the perfect pair of jeans that I probably never would have envisioned myself in but love and a sweater neither of which I was planning to buy. Zero stars are not an option? DO NOT go here. Originally I was supposed to get my shirts cuff monogrammed with a simple set of initials. Originally I was quoted 7-10 days due to the owners being on vacation. I FINALLY heard back after 15 days. They text me looking for a font - I told them I had already chose a font/color when I turned in the 10 shirts. After 15 days of hearing NOTHING I picked up my shirts without the work being done– I was told someone was sick – different than the original issue for the extended time out. I then was told the paper work wasn’t right – I guess that’s my fault as they showed me the paperwork? My fault for not hearing anything for two weeks? Very very poor customer service – just doesn’t hold onto people’s garments and have radio silence far beyond the agreed timeline requirement - the font select was poor and customer service non-existent. I know we should strive to support local businesses – but they should do the right thing back to us. Find another monogramming service, as they really just don’t think our business...

I tried to tan here more than once since living in Delbarton West Virginia and every time i use a tingle lotion they always says someone broke out which is impossible because I myself clean the bed two times after I get out !! I worked in a tanning salon in Ohio for over 9 years it don’t work like that… and I should be allowed to use whatever lotion I prefer !!! I always clean the bed twice when I get out so it not possible for someone to be bothered by the lotion i use!!!! That’s exactly how we clean in Ohio on the sanitization that they are using is not up to par because if it was, nobody would be bothered by the lotion that I use even after I clean the bed twice and the person cleans it before they get in so I will be reporting them to whoever I need to every day until they no longer are allowed to have anybody tan!!!
