To reply: • My first call was at 10:06 am, when you told me it was not busy at the moment, but will get busy. • My second call was about 7-8 minutes after my first, as I was close by I wanted to know if there was availability for a walk-in and immediately you screamed to tell me there were no walk-ins and ranted off. • Despite this, I APOLOGIZED and asked to make an appointment, which you shared a 2PM is open for later today and I was fine with. • You went back to the walk-in topic in a very rude and condescending manner then went on about how you needed to take some personal information and credit card payment to secure the appointment, etc. I agreed to it, and you sounded surprised, asked if I REALLY still want to proceed with the booking. Weird but I said yes. • As you were getting ready to get my information, I shared with you that I may have sprained my shoulder from stretching, which you told me the masseuse can help with if it's muscles and not bones that cause the discomfort. • I was happy to hear that and let you know that I'd like to keep that 2 pm appointment, but since my shoulder was really causing me some pain, it'd be great if you can let me know if there's any cancellation arises even at the last minute by other customers for an earlier time... • Then you started screaming at me (again!) before I even finish my sentence. Going back on that walk-in topic and God knows what. • Throughout our phone conversation, I never once raised my voice at you. When I have had enough of this horrible treatment, I just let you know I'm no longer interested in making an appointment and THANKED you.

I NEVER insisted on showing up w/o an appointment, this is ridiculous and disgusting for an establishment to lie about what happened. I was not sure if I caught you on a bad day as some reviewers had stated, or if it was a language barrier-- hence I did not intend to go into details about what happened in my review. But your response to my review is utterly uncalled for and left me no choice but to share with everyone this gross experience I had the misfortune to have with you.

One of the best massages I have ever had. I got a mix of a deep tissue and a Thai massage , best 75 minutes ever. I have very bad neck and back tension and no masseuse ever seems to get deep enough for me to feel better—until I came to Patcha. They are one of the few places that is actually willing to put the physical effort into a REAL deep tissue massage. I highly recommend the hot stone finish, they use the smooth hot stones to rub into your back and it feels amazing and really relaxes the muscles.

Also, as a woman I felt very safe here as they take precautions to only allow people with appointments through the door. Their customer service is excellent—I am from out of town, and they accommodated me by coming in on a day they were not intending on having any appointments. I didn’t even know this until I arrived, they did it without my asking.
