We purchased a mattress on September 7, 2024, after visiting the store in person. We thought our bed was a California King, so we ordered a California King mattress. After waiting three weeks for the delivery, the mattress finally arrived, but when we opened the box, we discovered it had a hole. We immediately called customer service to report the issue, but instead of offering assistance, they accused us of damaging it ourselves while opening the box. After sending them pictures of the damage, they backtracked, claiming the hole was in the mattress cover, caused by the adhesive sticking to it during packaging, and promised to replace it. However, the problems didnât stop there. While putting the mattress on the bed, we realized it was the wrong size. We contacted customer service again, hoping to exchange it for the correct size. Unfortunately, their response was a blunt "NO." Despite offering to pay for delivery or restocking fees, we were met with an unsympathetic attitude and no help. At this point, it became clear that their stance was, âYouâre on your own.â Out of frustration, we decided to call the furniture store where we purchased our bed in 2019, and we ordered a California King bed frame to match the mattress. Now, weâre still waiting for the mattress cover to be replaced, but no one has provided us with any updates. In conclusion, they only care about making the saleâafterward, you're left to fend for yourself. My advice: avoid this store and choose a reputable one that can handle exchanges, defective parts, guarantee issues, and other post-sale problems. For a $1,600 mattress, this was not worth...
   Read moreI called about an $800 small couch I purchased 2 months ago and I have a 2 year old in the house and the couch broke because of bad manufacturing, nothing that I did, and has nails and wood hanging out of it and I was told thereâs nothing they can do and then when I got my attorney involved I was told a driver will come by today and I asked what time until because now Iâm stuck in my house and I can see the message was âreadâ and I did not get a response. Iâm very upset with the customer service and that they donât mind nails sticking out all weekend with a toddler in my home and they told me to have a friend take the couch out of my house or have a friend fix it for me... I donât understand why they canât just come fix it or give me an answer ...if they actually show up Iâll take this review down... letâs see...
