I had used Sebastian about 5 years ago to help me transfer some files to a new desktop. Had major issues setting up a wireless printer yesterday that I bought at Best Buy. Called the Geek Squad and they told me they could come over next MONTH!! I did remember the great experience I had with Sebastian, but it was so long ago that I couldn't remember his name. Luckily, I had put him in my phone with "computer repair" underneath. I called him after 5pm last night and he was at my house at Noon today. Got everything set up in no time and charged me such a fair price that I gave him a huge tip on top. He even did a little bonus work on my Roomba when he noticed it looking a little tired. Needless to say, I will not forget his name this time. Excellent service...
