Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Holyoke

They don't know how to run a business will over charge you even after you pay the full price of the merchandise! So if you rent a product and you finished paying it off they will continue to blow up your phone over late fees if you paid late. You will call and try to pay them and they will tell you that they need more money to make the payment and not take the money then when you finish paying the entire amount for the merchandise they will charge you more for paying late even though it's their fault for not taking the money in the first place. Manager is rude and so are the employees. The female named Rosa is extremely rude and always has an attitude when you call. Don't know why they hired her in the first place she can't handle customer service she shouldn't be the one picking up the phone. The General manager Rob is a complete douchebag he doesn't know how to work with you and doesn't care if you curse him out or disrespect him he doesn't care about his customers. He will tell you one thing and then switch it up another day. If you owe only $20 in late fees they will blow up your phone and threaten to take the merchandise. I will never ever rent from this place ever again! I don't recommend anyone else rent from here either. The aarons in holyoke Massachusetts is horrible! By the way me and my husband are Puerto Rican and speak fluent Spanish so it has nothing to do with race. It's just they want to keep charging you even after you pay the full price for the merchandise. Don't ever rent from here....

Wow I was shocked to see some off the negative comments here. I checked for the hours & just happened to see some of the comments. We have been with Aaron's for years, we started with the Westfield store. But since they closed we have been with the Holyoke store. We always dealt with Jim in Westfield & he is great, but we have now met Rob & Rosa & Tommy. All are fantastic to deal with, helpful, nice, & know what to do to help you. We couldn't be happier than to be with them. So don't believe all the negative comments, try them out & form your own oppinion! I find many times those who leave negative comments just can't be pleased by anyone or anything unless they get just what they want even if it isn't within someone's power to give it to them!
