Check it out at its new convenient location right on Northampton Street near Friendly's! Excellent customer service and gift packaging is available and a great touch especially at this time of year!

Great products and great service I recommend shopping here to anyone! I ordered from this shop online and there was a small technical error with inventory. the owner Bridget reached out directly to me to rectify the error and was SO nice and personable. They even suggested other places to buy the product, giving me some additional information about the brand of the product that was really helpful. I ended up buying a different but similar product from this store and am really happy with my experience...

I've been in this place twice and both times I found the perfect gift. Once it was for my dad; another time I got the perfect dog dish to use on our street so that dogs can stop and get water. Super Holyoke merchandise but other great ideas as well. Also great cheer from the owner. It's in my neighborhood and I intend to shop...
