Kennedy Fried Chicken - Sunny’s — Restaurant in Holyoke

The chicken is good but not good enough to deal with poor attitude and horrible service . Big boy behind the counter never seems to have the cups of hot sauce that they have any other time that I go. Any other person that works there doesn’t mind giving it to me. When he’s there and when he does feel like giving it to me I’m asked to pay an additional .50 cents a cup that normally comes with a table spoon of hot sauce and is offered to me free by anyone else that works there. It’s the customers money that keeps the doors open act like you appreciate the business and treat customers with respect and kindness. I’m a regular and spend my hard earned money with you that should be appreciated. Lost a customer I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Not to mention the dirty environment with tables that are always covered in chicken grease.

To top it off I’m given an attitude when I ask for fresh chicken which I don’t mind waiting for because I’ve brought home old dry chicken in the past which is a problem in it self, i shouldn’t have to worry about...

Place was full of people asking for money. Mind you I said no to one and another asks right after witnessing me saying no, then the cashier walks away doesn’t take my order to top it off the cook blew his nose right on the floor, and my chicken wasn’t even fully cooked. I come here all the time In good terms I never had this kind of problem. I don’t know what’s going on there but they either need to fix their customer service and ban non buying customers. I’m never going there again I’d rather make myself a damn tuna...

They got their system down! Came in on Friday night. Line was a couple ppl deep & they just moved pol through. They were funny & really kind. Definitely go in knowing what you want because they are working!

I was bummed there were no potato wedges & they commented on my broken heart lol...it must have been obvious on my face...but..the fries were great! So dang hot! I was eating them out of the bag as I walked out.

The gravy is solid, coleslaw good. Would definitely come back...
