1 star for hosting my granddaughters team. Zero stars for Parking Lot and AGGRAVATING EXPERIENCE. Huge snarls by the "team spirit volunteer Mom lady" when asking if they can allow parking in Employee only NOOOOO followed by huge lecture on towing... then add insult to injury still taking payments after: Circling f'n lot for 20 minutes 1st visit & 40 min 2nd visit. We are missing majority of teams games. No but the 2nd visit you still want to charge a f'n entrance fee? *As a grandparent, 90 min in traffic well worth seeing your granddaughter & team play. *However the 40 unnecessary minutes to find parking is unbelievably unacceptable especially when "EMPLOYEE ONLY LOT" with harsh towable sign had 5-10 CARS VS 70 or so cramped on Visitors side. *You've got to make acceptions and reset rules...especially the caravans providing rides for team students. YOU should ALLOW those guys secured EMPLOYEE lot parking to avoid this fiasco. Does commonsense come to mind 🤔 when especially charging for...

Honestly everything was alright, but near the end the lady in charge walked through the door at i would say 11:28 to 11:29. (We rented from 10:30 to 11:30)Screaming that our time was up in a extremely unprofessional manner. We tried to finish the last point and she walked in 10 seconds later freaking out.Like we refused to leave and wasting our last min. So at about 11:31 to 11:33 we are grabbing are bags and leaving and she comes back and yells at us again. I get she just wants to go home but she was freaking out and playing victim like we where gonna attack her. Realized there was no reason talking to her and left per her request as we where from the beginning. All I'm saying is I know she deals with a bunch of people who say the same thing but the energy she gave from the beginning of telling us too leave, till the last time, was an attack at us...

I drove my 12-year-old here from an hour and a half away to play in a basketball tournament. However, I could only drop him off at the door and then pick him up when he was done because there were no parking spaces. It was his first travel team game and he was so excited. But his daddy couldn’t be there. Imagine how absolutely terrible that is. They have far too few parking spots for that building. It’s incredible how bad it is. The worst I’ve ever seen.

You can see other reviews on here complaining about the same thing And management saying they were going to fix it. Over a year ago. All they did was put up signs that say no parking and then they actually have a guy with their car blocking people to get into the members parking because it’s so bad. Do not book things here that...
