I was very satisfied with the whole office, from the front desk to the exit door. Tiffany at check in was very helpful and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She went above and beyond and even helped me with trying to find a hotel, it was very appreciated. Melissa was amazing, she is very thorough, and detail oriented. She made me feel “heard”, and she has true compassion, her light shines through and you just know, that she cares. I don’t remember the sweet young ladies name that completed my ultrasound, but she talked to me while performing the US, and she kept me informed me throughout the whole procedure. I know that this road may be long, but I feel confident that I am in the right place. Suffering from this pain due to PN has been very disabling and has affected every area of my life and my family’s. But God is good, and His divine intervention brought me to this facility. He confirmed this to me when Melissa asked if she could prayed for me. My heart is lighter because of you Melissa, thank you so much! This 1st visit with Melissa has offered so much hope, when I have had very little in the last 8 months. Finding true compassionate, knowledgeable and caring practitioners is not always easy. I have been an RN for 20+ years, I have experienced many different practitioners, and I know, that I have been truly blessed to be sent here. The entire staff I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking to were so kind and caring. Dr. Julie Taylor is my OBGYN, and she just goes above and beyond the call of duty with her patients. She addresses all of my concerns and issues, gave tips and suggestions as well as a treatment plan to clear up my issues. She's such a phenomenal doctor, and I'm always recommending her to everyone, telling them that it's worth the drive over to Birmingham to have her as your OBGYN. Today I had the pleasure of meeting her assistant in the patient room, and she was such a joy to talk to and was very attentive and helpful. What a wonderful medical student who's obviously got a very bright future career ahead of her. I also would like to express my appreciation for Rachel who performed my mammogram today. She was very understanding when I told her that I have gotten claustrophobia and fainted before when I had previous mammograms. She was very gentle and had such a kind approach. It's the little things like this that make a huge difference with patients. I will drive one hour over from my hometown to Birmingham for better quality doctors and specialists. The level of care you receive is top notch. There's simply no comparison. I wish more doctors could be as wonderful as Dr. Taylor. She's a true gem. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Aldred and the entire team at this practice. Dr. Aldred was my OB throughout my pregnancy, and was nothing short of incredible. He is always so kind, sweet, and patient, he truly listens and makes you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Every appointment felt like I was talking to someone who truly had my best interest at heart, not just as a patient, but as a person. His calm, compassionate presence gave me so much peace during my pregnancy and even after my pregnancy during my regular check ups .When it came time to deliver, things took an unexpected turn and I had to have an emergency C-section. Dr. Adcock was the one on call, and I am so thankful he was there. He was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. In what could have been a scary and overwhelming moment, Dr. Adcock was incredibly kind, reassuring, and steady. He talked me through everything, kept me calm, and made me feel like I was not only in the best medical care but that I was truly in God’s hands. I knew everything would be okay, and it was.
