When we first moved back to FL from CA, we moved in 2 trips. By end of 2nd trip we were short on money to pay bills. So my husband suggested a pawn shop and here we ended up. We've used their pawn shop many times especially when renovating the house. James fixed my engagement necklace and sparkles without gems. It looks better than before. Last year my husband wanted to buy me a new wedding ring after my original one was stolen. We went back to Diamond Ridge and Lexie opened up the diamond case for me and I tried on every ring just about. But I wanted something unique that you don't see all over tv commercials. James designs many of the jewelry and I found a very antique looking diamond ring. Very different than the rest of the rings. So I wanted that one. Chris gave me $100 off on price. I guess because I frequent the place, not only as a customer but as a friend. Chris helped me get through a very hard time after my husband had a motorcycle accident. I basically was in shock and didn't know what to do. Not knowing real close friends in this area, I called Chris who talked me through what goes on after an accident and to go to ER first. Do nothing until after I see my husband. So I did just that. And for 4 more weeks if I needed someone to talk to, I had Chris to fall back on. He knows myself and my husband. And 7 years later I'm glad we picked his shop to go too. I'd use the same old jewelry if I'd had to pawn them for money in emergencies. We were dead broke last October when our plumbing failed. Same jewelry to pawn shop but I was surprised Chris loaned me way more than I expected. We always paid the next month on time or a little late, but we never forgot what we owned. And Chris knows that.
I highly recommend this pawn shop. If you need help fast they will help. Once you see what great things they sell there, you may make it one of your favorite stores to revisit. They have a jewelry section that is fantastic; landscaping equipment; musical instruments; stereos; Xbox; bicycles; motorcycles; tools for everyday use; saws; and lots of electronics; coin...
Read moreI must drive past Diamond Ridge Pawn Shop a dozen times a day, and never stopped in before. I recently stopped in for a jewelry repair and was pleasantly greeted by friendly and professional staff. The place was amazing! They have everything under the sun. Everything was so clean and organized. My repair was completed promptly and at a reasonable price.
I returned at a later date to sell some gold, and was greeted by name. The gold selling process was more involved than I thought. The staff took the time to explain everything to me. Again, I was completely satisfied with the visit.
I encourage anyone to stop by Diamond Ridge Pawn Shop. You won’t be...
Read moreHad to have my wedding band cut off due to a fire ant bite. James thought he could make the repair and re-size it as needed. It's a 2-color gold band which complicates the repair. That being said I cannot find the repair area and it now looks better than before I had to have it cut off! The man deserves 6 stars. Thank you James.
I met Chris "I assume the owner" when paying for the repair, he shook my hand and thanked me for the business, an unexpected, nice gesture.
This is a first-class operation with more than fair pricing. I highly recommend these...
