The UPS Store — Local services in Homosassa Springs

I'm glad I have the opportunity to update this review. I visited your store on Sunday. The 17th of November 2024 and was promptly waited on by Margaret. I have to say this is the most efficiently run Store. I've ever been in. I'm a hard customer to please but I have to tell you. I don't know who's doing the training. But they are spot on. It is the same service. The same kind people every single time I go in that store. I don't care if there's 50 people. Or if there's 1 person to customer service is impeccable and I am one tough Customer, no doubt, just look at my reviews you will see. I don't play with people, but I have never had bad service at this u. PS store they explain everything to help you out. By the time you leave that store, you have no doubt that you have no questions left to ask so again. My heads off to the manager of this store and today also to miss Margaret. She was absolutely a pleasure to deal...

UPDATE: Amazon notified us the return was successful after about 5 days, and the UPS store reached out for additional feedback. Both are positive developments. I plan to consider the bad employee interaction as a one time event and continue using this location. After numerous good transactions, I was treated rudely when I asked about an Amazon return. The store took my return in offline mode, and I did not get any acknowledgement for Amazon for several days. When I asked, the first person was polite, but the second person came up from the back was quite rude. I can pick from several UPS stores - all about the same distance...

Great UPS store! I use this UPS store for all of my business shipping and they never fail me. Customer service and pricing is superior to the post office (on all items over 1lb you save big with UPS).

Awesome staff! I came in later in the day with a bunch of Amazon returns and the gentleman who helped me was so accommodating, professional, and efficient! I expected to spend at least 20 minutes there but I was in and out under 2 minutes!!! Best UPS store around by far.
